Anti-Spam policy

CADENZA recognizes the receipt, transmission or distribution of spam emails (unsolicited bulk emails) as a major concern and has taken reasonable measures, to minimize the transmission and effect of spam emails in its computing environment. All emails received by CADENZA, are subject to spam check. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the Sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, CADENZA hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. CADENZA reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action, from time to time. 


CADENZA uses reasonable efforts to treat all consumer information, not just the sensitive and private information mentioned above, in a confidential manner. Only employees who need the information as part of their day to day responsibilities are granted access to personally identifiable information. This site has security measures in place designed to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of information under our control. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 1st, 2010. Please check our Privacy Policy periodically as CADENZA reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Changes to CADENZA’s Privacy Policy will be posted to this Site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage. If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users by e-mail or by posting a prominent notice on our Site 30 days prior to implementing the change.
